We want to be crystal clear in our selling policies and do not want to be shady in any manner, that is why we clearly mention each and every policy online. These terms of use dictate the manner in which, we purport to offer access to our website to users for fulfilling their relevant needs. We assume that you have tacitly agreed to be governed by these terms and conditions. Your use of our site would also signify your acceptance of our terms in their entirety.
Replica Jackets of Celebrities
Please note that all the celebrities jackets which we are selling are a 1st class Replica. We are not selling celebrities’ original or any branded jackets. So there may be a slight or a big difference between showing pictures and what you actually get. And that is why our prices are far low from the original one, but we guarantee quality products in this price range.
Fur Linings Are Artificial
We used faux fur lining for our all products. In some countries and states it’s legally banned to import/export original fur. Custom department can also fines customers for importing original fur. Custom fees are also very high, that is why we used only faux fur linings to save our customers from any illegal activity.
No Refund & Exchange For Wrong Size Selection
In case you selected a wrong size or paid for custom sizing and your provided sizes and measurements don’t fit to you on receiving the product then you cannot be nominated to get any refund or return facility from us. If we are entitled to provide you jacket exactly as per the sizes that you mentioned.
Crossroads Jackets team members cross checked every piece of the ready jacket before being delivered. Our quality control department check carefully before delivery to make sure the perfection is the only caliper we apply till the last step.
Customer Must Approved the Size Via E-mail or Phone After Order Placement
All orders can be processed only after getting size confirmation from the customers, we may not process any order without any final confirmation from the customers.
If You Required Alter Or Changes
After placing order you have 12 hrs either edit or change provided specification of the jackets. We can consider and acknowledge it. After provided time frame any request for update or change instruction for alteration will not be accepted because your order will be in production phase.
Thus all the adjustments, measurements and design related changes should be communicated within the 12 hours of your order placement.
Order Cancellation Terms
- We sell custom made jackets instead of ready made stock, that is why If you cancel an existing order that has not been dispatched for shipment then 25% of the total paid amount will be deducted.
- Since the process of customization and manufacturing starts after 12 hours of order placement. You cannot change the size, color, design or theme of the jacket after 12 hours have passed from your order placement moment.
- If you cancel your order between the process of it’s making then we deduct 25% from your paid amount and the rest will be refunded.
Policy And Terms Of Return Or Exchange
- If you are not pleased with the quality of goods or leather on receiving them then you have a time of 48 hours to contact our customer care team, let them know what went wrong. After 48 hours have passed after delivery of the product you don’t qualify to claim for a return or an exchange.
- No defected or damaged good will be accepted in terms of return or an exchange at all no matter what.
- It is strongly advised to contact us timely via email or the phone about any inconvenience caused.
- We do not cater or entertain return and exchange requests if the good is no more in reselling or the original condition it was sent in.
